This is one of my favorite pizza places I've tried quite a few different kinds all tasted perfect I think I've only ever had one... burnt pizza out of all the pizza I have gotten,I love their garlic knots aswell, My kids love their cheese pizza or thepepperoni and they eat a large xlarge all to them selves they love it and so do I:) and the prices are fair and the deliverydrivers were very kind and our food was always still hot when it got here ???? Worst place to order from, ordered on skip the dishes, they completely messed the order up then said it?s not there problem I... have to deal with skip the dishes. This was Sunday august 7 at 720pm, so whoever the girl was that was working there was themost unprofessional employee I?ve ever delt with, don?t ever go to this restaurant again. They are rude ignorant and can?t evenget a simple order correct. Go to pizza pizza or anywhere else but this place. Never again Read more
Ordered through skip the dishes... order arrived 1hr 30 mins late and pizza seemed as it was tossed and dropped and wings were... all missing... when we called the store before order arrived the denied ever receiving our order. When order came and called thestore with the missing items as there were hungry house guests waiting the said they didn't have wings.. we were able to cancelon skip the dishes and still waiting on customer service to get money back with the missing items we never received. Service was good and pizza was fresh and tasty. Only 4 stars due to the guy behind me got 2x the pizza for 5 bucks less than me... as the cashier gave him a dealer hat was online. I felt a bit upset but I buried that feeling with my tasty pizza. Read more
Had a pizza delivered the driver failed to bring a proper debit machine I kindly asked if he could go back and return with a new... one and leave the pizza he said no he couldn't do that I understood that but asked if they would make a new pizza also calledand asked Tammy the manager if she would remake since it would be cold the pizza came back in 10 min ???? it was covered withextra cheese and pepperoni and thrown back in the oven it was such a greasy mess not what I expect from papa jhons im trulydisappointed in this treatment and service its the worst pizza I have ever had Read more
horrible customer service skills? ordered a large pizza lastnight, after going in and having a very rude and awkward interaction... with tanya (the cashier/front of house worker) i opened my pizza to find the whole thing burnt. not even 5 minutes after pickingup my pizza i called back to get it remade (as it was quite inedible) and was told that they are closed..? it was 10:48pm when imade the call not sure when the hours of operation changed but it?s not posted anywhere. i was told to call back today to speakto Robin, and when i did so, tanya was back on the phone with one worded answers. Tanya is horrible at her job, it is more thanclear she has spent her time working and is ready for possible retirement. working front of the house at an establishment meansyou hold great customer service skills and are enthusiastic about your position.. none of which this worker is. i will bereturning for my payed for pizza, but hopefully served by someone who wants to be doing their job correctly. Had it for the first time in probably 6 years and it was amazing. New go-to pizza place. They don't skimp on toppings like... everywhere else seems to and prices are reasonable. Chicken bites are really good too. Read more
Gave atmosphere a 1 as I order on line, how ever stopped ordering from them. Use to order 3 or 4 times a month. Quit because... prices for their products are crazy now, was going to order a double pepperoni and cheese delivered It was 36.00 for alarge. Deleted order and haven't ordered again. Read more
