Ordered Pizza, mushroom wasn't cooked thrown ontop probably after it came out the oven. Called to complain and get a new order... they didn't even give me 2 seconds to explain I got rerouted to customer service to wait 10 minutes to get an answer. Therepresentative acted like it was no issue kept asking if it was in edible. They cooked the pizza and added the mushroom afterthe fact. Raw mushroom... of course it's not edible. Terrible service. Didn't get to eat until another 40 minutes after thecall. Read more
Nothing but praises for this location. The establishment is always clean and well kept, The Pizza is always made to order. Shout... out to Ammy ( pronounced Ami) he took the time to make sure there was no egg ( severe allergy) in the sauces I chose. Plus he isalways pleasant and quick with a smile. Cheers! Read more

Used to love this place but now if you have made a mistake with your order and you want to call to fix it, you are sent to a... customer service call center and placed on hold. Which by the time you get an agent, your pizza is made and delivered. But onlyif they actually show up on time. In which case you have to call to be put on hold again. Read more
Horrible service driver kept calling saying he was here and I was outside waiting and he was not there. So I called him back and... asked him where he was with my pizza said he was 1 minute away. I told him I was waiting outside and he needed to come straighthere as I was waiting a long time already. He shows up, I pay and come inside. Open the pizza box and this is what I found. Read more
Ordered at 5:17, got old pizza late at 6, argued with customer service and was told we would get a replacement. At 8 we got half... of the order 'replaced'. Declined since it has been 2 hours after the first pizza. Again, I argued with customer service andwouldn't get a refund. Now I'm writing a review at 2 in the morning, about a pizza that was meant to be 'replaced' multiplehours ago. Horrible experience. Read more
