Very disappointed. I ordered through delivery twice within the same hour and both times they got my drink wrong. I ordered an... iced coffee and I received a hot drink. Thought maybe it was a busy day for them, so I reordered through a different deliveryservice and again I received a hot drink. Horrible customer services I order $71 worth of coffee and food and when I received it I was missing 2 drinks and all the food,... there was no ice in the iced drinks, no straws, and when I went in to ask if I could get what I ordered I was told no it?s nottheir fault it?s door dashes( which it is) but they told me they couldn?t rectify the situation. So instead of making a customerhappy they decided to loose business. I will not be buying from them again way to loose a customer. Read more

I've worked in a reputable second cup and this place has repeatedly given poor quality service and product. When they first... opened I chalked it up to training just beginning. Now it's just sad. I ordered drinks that were supposed to be free because ofvirgin company benefits. The app was not allowing us to place the order and even after showing proof we were made to pay for ourdrinks. The drink I recieved was just over half full and I ordered a mint hot chocolate. I have been a huge fan and promoter ofsecond cup but I won't go back to this location. Read more
I love my flavored coffee in mugs. Lots of variety in your coffee-like drinks. Good sweet selection too. This has a... drive-through for added convenience. Comfortable seating. Free wifi. Outlets to plug in your devices. Combined with a gasstation and convenience store so it loses some of the ambiance appeal. Read more
