The Starbucks is inside the Chapters. Plenty of seating, and the drinks were made quickly.

This location has went down hill tremendously the last 8 to 6 months. I have been a Starbucks member for over 12 years and it... was always top notch service and high quality drinks. Now very few of the staff are friendly, and the drinks are always messedup! ???? I still accept and drink what is given. However, when you pay upwards of $7.00 a drink you want what you paid for.Another annoying factor is that they always are short on stock and run out far too often forcing me to change my drink choice.Clearly inventory is not being done regularly or correctly for this to happen so often. I am all for having fun while you workbut I find this current staff group appears to be immature and not client friendly. I observe this behaviour often and it is apoor reflection on Starbucks and their top service standards. I am never a person who complains as I respect all those who workin the food and drink industry. However, when I regularly notice a negative element I call it out and those responsible for suchneed to take ownership. Please address these concerns and make improvements or else I will be making many more trips to theTrenton Starbucks, will share my disappointment with many friends and family. All staff needs to be re-trained. Was very disappointed with their customer service. They were not receptive and did not seem... to care about their customers. They also needs to check their inventory as I was given a product they had expired and was verysick. Thought maybe it was something else but then my partner also got sick. When I mentioned it to the staff they did not careAT ALL. They made it seem like I just wanted a free/new drink which was not the case. I even declined their offer because of howabsolutely rude they were. Not ever going back to that location and I would not recommend this location to anyone else. Read more

My husband and I have went a few times since moving to Belleville. The barista Megan is lovely. We always end up there when... she?s working so my husband gets her favourite drink because he can?t remember it. Today we went and Megan was working. Weordered his drink, Ordered mine and gave the barista ?Mae? I believe a 50$ bill. And she was a little snotty that we didn?t havesmaller bills. I apologized about handing her a 50 and she huffed to find keys to get into the lock box. Was a little rude, ButI killed her with kindness and was polite! Read more

My first time going there and it was a wonderful experience! The cashier, Justin, he was so nice! He was able to perfectly... answer any question I had while trying to order my drink. The staff there is so nice, especially during this hard time. Read more

Nice cozy location right inside the Chapters attached to the mall. Staff are usually quick friendly and the wait times aren't... terrible. Only complaints are the lines can build up quick, and they are often out of certain limited time items depending onthe season and the items. Overall a great place to sit and read, or do work on a laptop. There are enough tables with multipleseats that you could also meet with clients here for work. Recommend it here Read more
