Always friendly staff. I always get the iced coffee.....best around hands down! Sausage breakfast sandwich is pretty good too!
The drink was pretty good but the service was rude. I ordered a drink and didn?t know it was discontinued so the lady said she?d... make it for me but they forgot to turn off the head set and said ?if they want a drink they should know how to order it? willnot be going to this Starbucks location again I?d rather go to the new one staff is much nicer! Barista was super helpful in assisting me select a beverage, and was very understanding when I used "large" instead of grande... (or whatever sizing the equivalent to large is). Barista listened to my general likes and dislikes and made a recommendation. Iwasn't over the moon about my $7 drink, but the customer service was very good Read more
Experience was rather disappointing. Tom the shift supervisor had hung up on me four times. This was when questioning about the... coconut milk. When coconut milk is rancid it tastes sour. When my girlfriend took a sip of her iced coffee it tasted like lemondrops. Good boy Tom did not want to discuss this situation and provided a business response as it "meets their standards". I getit though Tommy doesn't seem very educated. I hope Tommy can get a proper training on manners and professionalism. The managerseems nice and I understand she was just trying to appease me. I do seriously hope that Tom's position is under review. I hopethe coconut milk was thrown out. I hate to see others going through food poisoning from rancid milk. Read more
I really like the atmosphere, good coffee, and nice interior. This is a good place to chill with friends & family. The drinks... were all tasty and worthwhile. If you?re up for a fresh place with beautiful ambiance then this is a must to visit. I just wantto keep coming back to this place. Thank you! I usually go once a month ???? ???? but they have always been nice to my boyfriend and I feel like they are nice and the drinks... are really good at least the ones I have tried but the sandwiches they I ordered had no cheese or mayo or sauce like it siad itwas supposed to have I guess just be careful on what you buy I don't suggest the small sandwiches ????
