We always preferred this Dundas St East location because of the very friendly staff, and the great service and... quality. However, in the last 5-6 months something has changed. The old staff are gone and the new staff just don't seem tocare. The last two times we ordered from this location, the online order instructions were not even followed. Paying for doublemeat, not getting it. Requesting the bread be toasted, gets delivered untoasted. Too bad because the old staff were great andseemed to care about your order.
