I honestly always get my sub here and I've never have any issues; I've ordered online with no problems before. Tonight I... ordered 2 subs online, when I arrived to the store, they told me they didn't have my order &I provided the confirmation numberto them. The female staff was super nice, but the guy that was working tonight was not pleasant at all. Honestly a little surprised that this location wasn't already on the map though, as... its been tucked in beside the McDonalds near the Bayview Mall for years now. We always preferred this Dundas St East location because of the very friendly staff, and the great service and... quality. However, in the last 5-6 months something has changed. The old staff are gone and the new staff just don't seem tocare. The last two times we ordered from this location, the online order instructions were not even followed. Paying for doublemeat, not getting it. Requesting the bread be toasted, gets delivered untoasted. Too bad because the old staff were great andseemed to care about your order.
