This location is a combined KFC and Taco Bell, so you can order a little bit from both menus. The drive-thru was quick and... efficient and the restaurant staff were pleasantly delightful. I typically order from the vegetarian menu and my go-to lunch atTaco Bell is a 7-layer bean burrito. Simple and filling. No complaints. It is what I'd expect from a fast-food Tex-Mex chain. Read more
When I arrived at the restaurant, I was the only order went to the restroom and came back out. Still haven?t had my four tacos... ready and they just kept serving drive-through while I stand there and waited even though there was no orders when I arrive andafter waiting at least 20 minutes, my food was ice cold Off. Ordered deliver for lunch at work with several coworkers and they misplaced/ forgot order and delivered almost 3 hours later and... order was incorrect then after a while we tried again and order was missing several items and none any special instructions werefollowed (like hold this or add that) and management refuses to help and just indifferently says nothing we can do sorry. Peopledo have allergies and an incorrect order could make a person very sick. Also on a previous occasion saw a worker drop a tray ofchicken there onto the floor then went to scoop it back up to put back into the oven but then saw me at the counter and THENtossed it into trash. Honestly this location has really picked it up in the last few months. Between 2015-2020 it was brutal quality and wait times,... but whoever's managing now is doing much better. Food is fresh, hot, tasty and doesnt take 30 minutes in the drive through lol.Live mas Read more
My husband just got home after ordering meat only tacos for our daughter to open them and find this. Literally shells filled... with lettuce. I heard the order taker confirm no lettuce, no cheese, just meat back to my husband so how does this happen. Welive 37km from the restaurant so it's not easy to just return and get the right thing. This is ridiculous and unacceptable.I've called multiple times now and no one is answering the phone either to correct this. Read more
Very short staffed, two staff members arguing with each other in front of customers, long wait for food and food was actually... short ingredients between what was listed as ingredients vs what was in the wrap. I used to love Taco Bell. Needs to bring backthe quality customers expect and deserve not to mention the customer service. Read more
I have to agree with these low scores. Place is dirty, slow and manager is rude. He was talking to another manager with back to... customers and seemed like he was making fun of someone as the other manager would keep looking over. Worst taco Bell ever.Barely anything on this cheesy gordita crunch. Just call it a crunch. Nothing cheesey about it. Read more
