Simple drive thru order, 1 drink and 2 donuts: You guys messed up my donut order. I came in to get what I asked for and the... donuts got put in the bag upside down so the icing peeled off when I gave them to my kids. I feel like a cheapskate forcomplaining about donuts but then I realize that I didn?t get the service I paid for. You guys really think you?re worth $15/hrminimum wage? Absolutely unreal!! Decent Tim's. Great location to meet. Easy to find, and decent parking. Recommend backing into the parking spot if along the... wall as drivers are a bit fast to get through it to the drive-thru. Read more
The cashier was very rude to me and was like not even greeting. Felt very bad with the experience faced here.
Tim hortons needs to start speeding up the drive thur line ups like other big chan restaurants do. Like having someone pull up... and let an employee bring out your large order vs holding up the whole line up. This is a coffee place dont forget! Also giveyour employee's more $$ so they dont look like they hate their life for being there.. Read more
This store staff was unbelievably rude had people in parking lot threaten to jump me and my partner, and others in the parking... lot. And they acted as though we wanted them to go out to deal with it personally when we had wanted them to call theauthorities which we had said right away. They proceeded to tell us off that they were not safe to go outside themselves. Verydisappointed in how they handled the situation. I would give 0/5 stars if possible so bad. Read more
Was a lovely place and the workers are super nice! I love going here at night when it's quiet. The food is delicious and my... favourites are the chilli and the ham and cheese sandwhich, both very delicious. The only reason I'm giving it 4 is becausethere's a lot of homeless people around there and they creep me out sometimes. Read more
Was going in for my morning coffee needed to use the washroom. Noticed the washroom had a lock on it. It said please ask a... worker to allow access. So I did.. and then she replies ' the washroom doesn't open till 8 am." Honestly if you sell food anddrinks you should be 100 percent obligated to have an open washroom. For now I'm boycotting this store for letting me down. I'mat another tim hortons and washroom was open no issues. Read more
Starting to think Tim's needs a redo on their coffee....I never get a non burnt coffee from them anymore. Used to be great when... they used the pots. This carafe system they got going on now is awful. I'd now a days sooner and I hate to say it....go toMcDonald's for a coffee. In like 3 years tims has given me maybe a handful of proper coffees. Mcdonalds has given me 2 badcoffees in the same time period....done with Tim's coffee...till its changed I'm done. Gross. Read more
