I went through the drive through and they messed my order up 3 times and didn?t get what I asked for. They then went on and said... they didn?t haven?t any muffins anymore. I asked for a frozen lemonade and it was pure liquid and they acted like it wasnormally like that. Read more

Went there for wraps with my godmother and none of them had cheese on them. I also got a strawberry watermelon quencher and I... specifically asked for no ice and they out extra ice in. The lady at who took my order even confirmed everything. The wholeorder was close to what I wanted but it wasn?t the whole thing was wrong. Read more

Horrible tim Hortons. Everytime I've ordered (in store or drive thru) they screw the order up and then act like they didn't do... anything. I ordered a turkey bacon club, instead they gave me a turkey sandwich with cheese and no bacon, I said my order waswrong and they took it back reluctantly. Took the cheese off and slapped it back together(it was squished at this point) anddidn't add bacon. There is one east Indian woman there with no customer service skills, rude, one worded and doesn't even lookat you. I ordered a bagel and when they finally noticed I was still waiting (between 5-10 minutes) they again slapped ittogether- barely putting on any butter- and gave it to me. Used to be one of the better locations, but now apparently they can't tell the difference between steeped tea and coffee
Went through the drive through just 10 mins ago. Ordered a large coffee. Paid $2.50. Homie behind the counter just kind of took... my change, set it by the register, and awkwardly stood there staring at me until I drove away. 10/10 DT employees not givingyou change, or even saying the price.
