We are currently waiting upwards of 20 minutes for two coffees and a bagel at this location. This is just as bad as the Dundas... location these double locations are becoming an absolute joke and are not worth it. We will be going to McDonald's from now onfor our coffee needs. You shouldn't be late for an appointment when you left enough time to get a coffee. Adding 15 minutes toyour travel time to get a coffee should be more than enough and in this case it wasn't. Every time I go to this location my order is wrong. Cravable roast beef sandwich. Had no onions or sauce. 2nd time ..ordered... the same ..I got chicken. Read more
Actually - it is Cathy Collins. This is the worst service I have ever had at a Tim Hortons - if I could give no stars I... would.... drive through was almost around the entire store so went inside - 2 people who had just finished their order & had towait 10 mins. for their food.... next - the two ladies took forever getting their food - and it ended up wrong (so a do over)The next man and myself took only moments to order but for mine the cook took the last 2 muffins, 1 of which I wanted and thecook heard this.... again waited 5 more mins for the cook to fill a couple of trays of muffins then finally the waiters gave memy muffin.... I left the store with my hands full but as I went to get into my car the top came off my coffee and almost theentire coffee spilled onto my seat. EXASPERATED TO SAY THE LEAST!!! Read more
Repeatedly the Slowest walk in or drive through I?ve ever attended. I explained repeatedly that I wanted a bagel with cream... cheese spread on both side and served open faced. Not squished together. It came with unmelted butter on one side and mixedunmelted butter and cream cheese on the other. WOW! Read more
This Tim's waa the worst drive thru i have ever been to. Most of the staff seemed new and standing around when we finally got... to the window. There were two lines and we waited over 20minutes to get to the window. When I gave my tims points card it made aweird noise i have never heard before. I asked the young girl what that noise was? Did it the points not go on my card?. Herreply, "oh I don't know." That was it... so not impressed! Read more
There were flies on top of the bagels, donuts, etcs... when a friend pointed out they said "yeah meh ???????????", didn't even... bother to make it look like they care in front of the costumers. Dirty washrooms. Read more
The service at this location is terrible at times and they mess up orders more often then not. And sugar machine runs out and... they don't realize is so you don't get sugar in your coffee. Read more
