Wish I could give 0 stars. Couple weeks ago I tried to order a ice coffee and they told me it was to hot to make iced... coffee????????.? Yesterday my family and I ordered 1 apple juice, 1 coffee and 1 iced coffee. Received the two coffees then theyhanded me a bottle of apple juice with a glob of whipped topping which got all over my hands. I politely asked for a new bottleand napkins to clean up. They returned with an orange juice, I declined the OJ and asked for my apple juice. They broughtanother apple which was also covered in whipped topping so I declined and asked for another. Finally they brought me a cleanapple juice then tried to explain that it was just whipped topping. I told them I didn?t care and asked what they would do if Iwas allergic. One of the people who work the register takes way too long to pour coffee. The line ups get ridiculous because of her. From now... on I'll turn around and leave if I see her working. Not worth being late. Read more

Worst timmies in belleville. Wait are always over 15vmins in the drive thru while the ppl on foot are in and out. They always... get your order wrong and are consistantly poorly stocked. Take the extra time and go to any other timmies. They also dont fillthe giant potholes in their drive thru Read more
This location always serves the drive through lightning fast and makes the walk in customers wait . Also one particular counter... person insists that you pick up your coffee and hold it while you wait . So you end up waiting a very long time while trying tohold a really hot coffee. Oh and the cinnamon buns are the worst. They are super dry and hard enough to drive nails with .Things would probably move along better if the person assembling the food would put a little effort into it . Unfortunately theyact like they have all the time in the world. Would be nice if they took into account that the people that have no choice but towalk in are truck drivers on a schedule. On the bright side Andrew is always really helpful and super friendly. Makes up forsome of the shortcomings of the other staff members. Read more
This extra toasted apparently. STOP RUSHING ORDERS!!! Updated I really should stop going to this location I got mouth full of... grinds at the end of my coffee . I attached a photo of the bottom of the replacement coffee I luckily didn't drink the end. Read more
The worst Tim Hortons ever. Stopped in on the way home to pick up a few apple fritters, they had none and only had 4 choices to... choose from, none of which I wanted but couldn't get out of the drive thru so I ordered a couple of plain donuts. They nevertold me the price and when I got to the window the guy couldn't speak English. They were rude and dirty looking.Will never gothere again. Oh and the 2 donuts I ordered were stale. Read more
