Shoddy service, waited in line to order a coffee and they were busy with processing gift cards with a minimal value. No... acknowledgement of the customer or an apology for the wait time. Bad service of all time at this tim Hortans in Belleville. Ordered just one thing that usually takes 2 min to make it but... received after 20 min after asking worker?s where is my order then they made it. All workers talking with each other insteadtaking order from front. A boy who works at pick up taking things so easily as he is at beach with his girlfriend. While attending this establishment my partner and I immediately could hear fighting over the counter. audible yelling, cursing,... and actively making fun of "Lori" throwing her a plethora of harsh words and insults. Telling her she's bad at her job, that"she has a mind of a teenager" (twice they said that to her, also very loudly), and it gave a really bad vibe to the restaurant.Both employees and customers alike were visually and audibly uncomfortable, and from what my partner and I have witnessed Imunsure who would want to apply to this establishment in the future. Service here is very hit and miss, today wasnt bad, but I regularly have days where the quality is bad, staff take forever to... get my order, or are rude.
