Absolutely Disgusted with the costumer service of this establishment, I am not one to speck on anyone else?s language barrier... but when you can not understand someone and need to ask them over 10 times what I would like there comes a point when you go asksomeone else for help. Nope. I was treated VERY poorly by this employee watched this employee mope around walking like she hatedher job, be very rude to other costumers and did not understand any one, but I am so disappointed in this establishment and thecustomer service they have. I always order an iced cap made with milk and 75% I question it when I get it because it?s too light coloured to be made with... milk and I?m assured the order is correct. And today, yet again, it is not. Please tell your people not to argue with theclient when they say it?s not made correctly. For the second time this week I?m dumping over $3 down the sink. I had this location at 5 stars. That was until 2 nights ago, when I was forced to wait 10 minutes when it was only me besides a... woman who also asked why it was taking so long for the guy to even acknowledge us. I lost it when I asked the guy whats going onand he just starred at me and walked away without saying a word!!! Idc if you want to come to our country and enjoy ourbenefits. Just dont come work at our *FAST FOOD* joints if you want to treat the people here like dirt!!! You already charge usway too much for food/beverages. Received terrible service at Tim Hortons on Bell Boulevard, Belleville and it wasn't even busy. No steeped tea was made. ... Ordered regular tea and had to ask for it 3 times before I received it. The one serving me did not make any effort to providedecent service. Very disappointing. Read more
Normally a good location, especially later in the evening. Seating here is pretty good. Only issue is they get really busy and... have issues keeping up. Got one of our 2 drinks right away and was another 10 minutes before we got our 2nd one. Cant say ifully recommend after that Read more
