I?m not one to ever leave reviews but this was the worst location I?ve ever stopped at. Got my toddler a meal that he couldn?t... physically eat. Rock hard potato wedges that hurt my own jaw after one, and a grilled cheese that wasnt melted and fell apartwhen taken out of the package. Next time, I suggest saying the product is unavailable and don?t sell it if the quality is thatlow. Had to throw it all out and stop at a separate location. Waste of time and money to say the least. Manager is rude, would rather spend time mocking you and being on her phone.. when you return an item that is terrible, you get... banned from their store. Which accusations that are false against you, your children. Now apparently anyone associated withmyself and my family, as well get the same exact treatment. Very disappointed in the whole establishment! Aside from a fewvery nice employees, overall it is not at all a nice place to visit. Slow drive-thru, even slower inside. Worst service ever!!!!!! We went thru drive thru the girl that was working said "one moment please" well that one moment ended... up being 4 minutes BEFORE they took my order. There was one car in drive thru ahead of us but they placed order and was gonebefore they even took my order. We then got to the window and my tea was cold. I have been to many MANY Tim Hortons and this one has the best BELT of them all! Picture says it all. It was soft and fresh... too! It is in a shell gas station of all places as well. #amazed Read more
