We are traveling from Virginia to the next stop in Monroe Wi. We visited the Duluth Trading Co and wanted to get a quick... sandwich from this Casey's. Having lived in a town with Casey's many years ago I had my heart set on a Pork Tenderloin. Therewasn't any and so when the man working finally came out from the back, I said "hi, got a question for you" he VERY RUDELY said" I'm really busy here," NEVER looking at me and then added..."well what's your question" I asked if we could get a couple ofsandwiches made to which he replied..."NO...I haven't got any bread"...What a RUDE EXPERIENCE!!! DO NOT get the pizza i ORDER A TACO PIZZA GET HOME WAS ALL DOUGHY NOT COOKED AT ALL TAKE IT BACK SAID THEY CANT REMAKE IT... Great customer service, If I had one concern it would be I'm no a big Fan of their Pizza. I ordered several times it's just not... my thing. But the people are great and it's a nice clean c-store. Read more
They have E85 and 93 here when I can?t find that anywhere in Madison. I drive out of my way to fill up here and it was clean the... one time I went inside and the employee working the checkout was very nice. Honestly i don?t care how it is inside as long asthey don?t stop carrying E85. Thank you for offering it still!!! Read more
This happened over a year ago, and I have not been to the store since. so, maybe it's better now? My folks and I used to stop... here frequently, mostly for gasoline. probably spent a few hundred dollars over the course of 4 months, not really "bigspenders"... Now, we are "no spenders". Some agitated employee took time out of her day to leave her post inside the store, andapproached my car to inform me that i was not allowed to sit in the parking lot and use the free wifi. Pretty sure that I wasn'tbothering anybody (besides her). I wasn't playing anything on my radio, was in just one parking space, and as a regularcustomer, guess I just figured it was ok for me to sit there a while.... I wouldn't care to bring this up, But there have beenseveral times recently when I would have stopped at this Casey's for gasoline, had it not been for that one really crummyemployee. My only suggestion is that if there is a time limit for paying customers to park in the lot, or use the wifi, itshould be posted. Again, my family and I haven't shopped at Casey's in at least a year. They advertise that they are desperate for employees and will take anyone who applies at this point. However, refuses to hire... anyone who has responsibilities outside the work force. They refuse to accommodate to your schedule and demand you work whatworks for them. I do not recommend even applying unless if you are willing to practically live at the store for next to littlepay. Employees are usually really friendly. That is the only good thing I can say about this store. I cannot wait for Kwik Trip to... open in Belleville, I doubt this Casey's will be around long. The store is not clean, the pizza is not good and is NEVER readyon time, The coolers are poorly stocked, checking out takes significantly longer than it should. I've been to other Casey's thatare great, this store is poorly managed. Employees are not following our county mask mandate during this pandemic so I will notbe going there anymore. Read more
Full pizzas need to be cooked longer. Best gas station pizza tho
