Didn't realize La Cabanita was a small chain. Stopped in while spending the night in the Wood River Valley recently. The wife... loved her chicken enchiladas and my Chile Colorado was awesome. Excellent food and excellent service! The salsa that comes with the chips before you get your food was excellent and had the... perfect amount of spice.
