Excellent food, wide variety of options, pleasant environment and easIly accessible for handicapped, as well.
Good experience. We are from California where we eat a lot of great Mexican food. The mole was rich and chocolaty, the Chile... Colorado was excellent. Both dishes require a good cook with understanding of traditional sauces. Service was excellent.Portions were very large so we will eat this meal for breakfast also! Nice choices for cocktails including specialty margaritas. I highly recommend this local eatery in Bellevue Iowa. Read more

We seen this place and thought let's give it a try..... if they would've flavored the food it might have been good, it was so... bland it was unreal, the "salsa" that they served with the chips was like tomato sauce with a few chunks of onion, the onlyflavor in it. Enjoyed dinner and house specialty margaritas. We were seated promptly and waiter was very attentive. We had a variety of food... which was all to our liking. The decor was cute and the restaurant very clean. Would definitely come back if we are in the areaagain. Read more
Driving from a local craft show my wife spotted this place. We thought let?s give it a shot. As you walk in Mexican music... playing in the background and the decor soaks you in for a delight. We both ordered a small combo which included one chickenenchilada, chicken tacos with beans and rice. Drink was water. The enchilada was our favorite!!! The sauce was light and creamy.Not that heavy tomato can stuff. Very tasty. Next time I will order a flour tortilla for my taco. I must tell you this is thebest Mexican rice I have ever had at a restaurant! The beans where right up there. Last the service. The waiter started with uson drink orders and then saw his friends and took their order first. Not a good thing to do for a first time visit or anyone tothat fact. Got seated right away on a Tuesday around 5. Got our drinks right away but had to wait a bit to put our food order in. Food was... good, the fried ice cream isn't that great... texture like uncooked oatmeal. Bit too long of a wait between our table beingcleared and getting our bill... the restaurant was about half full. Read more
