We received very bad costumer service for our waiter.(Carol B) We waited for a while then we saw our food up in the widow while... our waiter was on a break for over 15 minutes. We revived cold food and she walked past with out asking if everything was okayshe simply gave us our food without saying anything then we went up front to ask if we could atleast get warm fries and theother waiters had disgusting, rude, and unprofessional attitudes. Server was very friendly. I ordered a fish sandwich with fries and side salad. I asked the server to make sure the fries were... hot. When they were served, it appeared the cook dropped already cooked fries back in the fryer, however, when I got my receiptthe server had ordered 6 minute fries. I did not order 6 minute fries. I just wanted them to be hot when they were served sothey were overcooked. The fish was good. Plenty of tartar sauce was provided on the side. Read more
Although technically fast food, the quality was good and service was great. Fed a family of 4 for $50 which anymore that's cheap... unfortunately with this economy. So if you are looking to dine in and get fed then go for it! Read more

We have eaten here several times over the past 7?8 years. Always good food, nice clean dishes. Betty Jo was our waitress and... she was so pleasant waiting on all the tables and taking excellent care of all. The dishwasher was clearing tables trueteamwork. Great place! Read more
I'm never ordering from here ever again. I grew up going to this frischs for years but so much has changed. I'm pregnant so yes... I'm allowed to be upset. The burger looked burnt on the sides. The cheese looked old, the buns were stale and the tarter saucegot thrown on it. I still ate it knowing I should of just brought it back to you guys and got my 30$ back. Read more
