It has been a few years since I have been to an Applebee's due to bad experiences everytime. Tonight they once again... disappointed. We had a table of 9 which is rather large but there was hardly anyone in the place. It took over an hour to getour food which all tasted like it had been sitting under a heating lamp for half that time of waiting. The French onion soup wasunedible once I finally did get it. The waitress made a comment while we were ordering about how good the cook was I would havehated to see what their worst chef sent out. To top it off they were supposed to bring out a dessert for my mom's birthday,never got it I could see the disappointment in my moms face about the entire dinner experience. I understand being understaffedeverywhere is, but an apology goes a long way. This has pretty much nailed the coffin on ever going to another Applebee's ever.I would have had a better meal at McDonald's up the street. Read more
I ordered from here and was highly disappointed! My dasher was fast but my steak was cold and nasty. The salad was gross and... tasted old and the croutons tasted like they were sitting on top of a trash can over the weekend . And I didn't receive mysecond item . Will never order from here again! My daughter wanted to go to Applebee's for her birthday so we did and the food was great and the sevice was excellent. They... were super short staffed, BUT they did a phenomenal job being attentive to us. Jeremiah was our server and he was wonderful. He hilariously sang Happy Birthday to my daughter and of course we got a free dessert. After a few minutes one of the managerswalked by and told my daughter that if she could answer a question correctly, he would pay for one of our entrees. He asked "Dowe talk about Bruno?" And of course my daughter said "No!" We all laughed and it was a good time. The staff went above andbeyond for no reason and they definitely were working hard. Food was good service was great ! But asked for more if secluded area they had done sections closed we couldn?t even sit in bar... area it was closed off , was set by a large table of teenagers who cussed and was very loud our whole meal time we ate quicklyand left , disappointed, and also that half price apps is only after 9 pm Read more
Just tried to go to this location at 9:30 on a Friday night. We called ahead of time to see if we could get in and if they were... doing the 1/2 price apps and got a yes answer to both. We walked in and no one was waiting and there was 9 tables seated in theentire place. All other tables were clean and ready for service. The hostess/manager told us it would be a 15-20 minute waitbecause "I am giving my wait staff a chance to catch up" Catch up with what? No before you start the "Be Nice, the world isshort staffed!" I have worked every position that you can in a restaurant for years and that was decades ago. Guess what, Wewere always short staffed. Someone quit, someone no-showed, someone was sick. Always will be short staffed in those places. Iturned around and left and went home to eat. If I was wait staff I would be upset that I am not getting tables sat to me andable to turn those tables in a timely manner so that I could make more money, not getting caught up. Read more
Okay, I have to say that this was my best dining experience in a long time because we had the BEST WAITRESS- Somebody needs to... give ZAKARI G. a raise because she's phenomenal! Met up with a old time friend (we've know each other for 22+ years) to eatdinner and catch up and we were literally at the restaurant talking for like 4 hours. Zakari was attentive and so sweet thewhole time- she had great food recommendations (the molten lava cake for dessert that she thought we would like was delicious????). I cannot say enough good about her and the food- thank you for making our night so memorable and we will 100% aak foryour section next time we come. Read more
The last six times I've came here to place an order, it's turned out awful. While the spinach artichoke dip is still delicious... as always, the shrimp and parmesan steak I ordered has always been severely undercooked. I ask for medium well to outright welldone and it comes out cold and rare. Medium rare if I'm lucky. I used to love coming over here but now I tend to avoid it likethe plague. Read more
