Went to twin creek location at 11:05pm and waited at drive thru for over 10 min then called to verify if they were open and they... let it ring and answered then hung up immediately. Saw 2 girls working in the back and peeking their heads up over the counterthen started to hide behind the desk. There was also cars in line behind us waiting. 7/27/22 First of all, I'd like to know why a kid (age 10-12) was cleaning walls in the back, then going around cleaning doors,... tables, trash recepticles, etc and not very well (he was a kid!!) Anyway, my husband had noticed almost everyone was on theirphones while making our order (We were the only ones inside). Our food was not hot and all of the toppings for my whopper werepiled on one side. Okay, whatever.. I took my burger apart and fixed it up. I picked it up to take a bite and all this juicealong with the ketchup and mayo ran right out. Cool. While I was attempting to eating my now soggy whopper, I noticed a ladysitting in the drive-thru at the menu for like 5 minutes, before I hear from the back "sorry for the wait...." Dude, it wasn'tbusy and nobody else was inside. Not sure what the wait was for, but they sure sounded like they were having fun in the back.Lots of laughing, not enough working?? Continuing on, as we finished up I needed to order something for my mom. A doublecheeseburger, ketchup only and a large fry. Not a big deal... until I watch this girl in the back make the burger with no gloveson. In fact, there was another lady next to her who did have gloves on, but she wasn't making the burger! Huh???? The girl upfront goes to bag the order when I ask her if I could get a new burger made WITH GLOVES. Meanwhile, the girl who didn't usegloves was walking around the back eating a bun, wiping off the counter with a dirty rag. Then she tossed the half-eaten bun ONTHE COUNTER to grab a broom and dustpan. The girl in front saw this and made some passive-aggressive comment about wearing hergloves blah blah. Never going there again. Very disappointed with the entire experience. Mind you, I work in fast food and havefor several years. I know how lazy some workers can be, but that was the worst display of professionalism I have seen. I amabsolutely disgusted. Read more
So we dined in and we went and sat down to eat dinner, and saw them having a young kid clean for them, so I told my wife which... she works at Arby's and she thought that was off. Well we were eating and a lot of people came to take out orders and when wewere done my wife took food home for her mom and when we watched them make the food she was eating a bun on the backline on thecounter while washing off the cutting board where they make the sandwiches and on top of that she wasnt wearing gloves for idkhow many of those customers so if you get sick you know why. But we were like umm can we get a new burger cuz she wasn't wearinggloves and she said yes. And I couldn't believe it. Read more
The employee who took our order was one of the least enthusiastic people I have ever interacted with. He mumbled, was slow, and... it wasn?t even that busy. The drink station floor was disgusting. My shoe was sticking to the rug. The dispenser for the drinklids was sticky so I didn?t particularly want to put one on my drink. All the tables were dirty and the rest of the restaurantfloor wasn?t much better than the drink station disaster. Our order was missing an item. I?m not unfamiliar with the serviceindustry. just writing this for everyone to see. i understand this location understaffed but we waiting in line for 45 minutes only to see... this, i called the store and the manager didn?t seem to care that there was bugs in their food. corporate stated they gave myinformation to the manager over a week ago and have not heard from them. $30 dollars for fast food the least you could do ismake sure there is no critters crawling around. definitely a health code violation. Not amazing but not awful. Went through the drive through and the speaker was cutting out on and off, which made ordering... harder. But everything was in my order, food was fast food and met expectations. Chicken Italian sandwich and fries were a bitcold but okay. Only big complaint was the lid wasn't on the soda all the way so it spilled all over me when I tried to carry itin the house. I should of checked before I tried to pick it up. Read more
I have no car so I tried to go inside. Doors were locked with no signs explaining what's going on. I walked up to window to try... to get my order. I was told they could not help me because they were short staffed. I felt pretty defeated. It is not fair. Read more
