Ordered at 5:01 for a cheese curd burger combo, didn?t get my food until 5:42. Went to check on my order at 5:33, no apologies,... just got a ?we are very busy? response. Yes I can clearly tell that by 4 cashiers standing there doing NOTHING. By the way myfriend who ordered at 5:04 got her food within 10min. If it takes a fast food place over 40min to serve one burger combo, iteither got the worst management or the most useless employees. Will never go back again, worst fast food experience ever. Ordered online at lunch time on a Wednesday. I ordered a single butter burger meal with Cheddar cheese sauce and a medium Pepsi... for my drink. I arrived at the stated time it would be ready. It was not ready. My fries were fresh and delicious. The side ofcheese was cold. Not warm, not room temperature, actually cold. My Pepsi was 80% ice and gone before my fries. Time for theburger. I took my first bite and almost chipped my teeth. The thing that was supposed to be a beef patty was a flat hard disc. Icracked it in half and there was not a single spot of so called beef that was edible. So I paid 8$ for an order of fries.Receipt said to call the store if there was any issues. The food is alright but the ice cream is pretty good.

I'm not a fan. I have been there three times, giving it the benefit of the doubt, but that has been exhausted. The food has... been consistently terrible. The cooks could benefit from being taught how to cook properly..... And the staff could use (more)training in customer service category. Read more
I recently went through the drive-thru and ordered myself the 4pc chicken strips with a small fries. When I got to the window,... my card was declined. Money's been really tight for me lately, but I didn't expect that. The cashier was more than kind aboutthe declined card. I offered to give the food back, but she smiled and left to speak to her supervisor. The supervisor wasimmediately friendly and decided to let me keep the food, free of charge.
