We just got our food from them thinking it'll be just as fresh and yummy as the one from Colorado Springs but unfortunately that... was not the case. The ribs were dry and old and hard to eat with no flavor, and we didn't get all of our food when husband wentto pick up. We stopped in Saturday for an early dinner and quality has went downhill. Food was not nearly as good as it used to be. They... make all the meat ahead of time (who knows how long ago) and its stored in saran wrap- NOT FRESH AT ALL. There were ~4employees standing behind the counter, but none seemed to know what they were doing, nor did they care. The restaurant waslacking in cleanliness-soda and ice-cream machines need cleaned badly; would have been nice to see at least one employee who wasstanding around back actually come clean up a bit. I was very disappointed for many reasons-I placed my order online and sent in my husband to pick it up. He came out with two... small bags and I wondered where the rest of the food was. Over half of our order was never placed in the bag-easily over $50dollars worth of food. I went back inside with my receipt and asked the crew if they forgot the rest of my food and they justhad never even sacked it up. They left out the brownies, ribs, sauce, brisket, fries, Mac n cheese, and our baked beans. When Ireturned to the car, I could smell the char on the ribs they had taken out of the oven. It wasn't a delicious smell of charredmeat; but rather that of straight up burnt meat. At home as we unpacked our food everything looked legit by appearances (withthe exception of the ribs which were quite burned) but the taste was very underwhelming and the meat was SO dry. I decided to stop by for lunch today. I ordered a brisket sandwich and got a bag of chips and a drink with it. The staff was... friendly and the facility looked very nice. Everything looked clean and in order. My food was OK. It wasn?t the best, but itwasn?t the worst either. It just didn?t seem fresh. I ordered a brisket sandwich and the brisket was a little dry. It seemedlike it was a few days old. However, it did hit the spot and a child it down with complete satisfaction. I think my favoritepart was the ice machine for my drink. I love crushed ice. And with such a hot day eating record temperatures it really hit thespot. A little odd a little different but it?s the truth. Prices were a little high but that?s not their fault. Really good BBQ! Stopped in for a quick dinner and was pleasantly surprised. The food had a really good smoked flavor and taste.... Sauces and sides were all on point as well. The cashier was friendly and helpful while the young man taking orders and preparingfood seemed a little annoyed taking our order/answering questions. We had brisket (torn with the grain instead of traditionallycut against the grain for some reason), ribs, sausage, & turkey with potatoes, green beans, mac & cheese & potato salad. My onlycomplaint would be that the meat serving portions were a little small (ex. Portion of ribs was literally 2 rib bones, turkey was2 small slices, sausage consisted of 4 or 5 slices).
