We had 2 separate orders, both for curbside pick-up. Both orders were placed at the same exact time, and were both for the same... number parking spot. The first order came out after about 5 minutes. Then, part of the second order came out some time later. Weasked where the rest of it was, and the kid said, "I don't know, we're really busy right now. Have a good night!" And he walkedback inside. So we were left wondering if we were going to get the rest of our food. A few minutes later, someone else came outwith the missing items. No explanation or apology. My fries were cold and rubbery. Everyone else's were nice and fresh. Luckyme. My quarter pounder had one slice of cheese that was kind of thrown in the direction of the burger. All the bacon was in onesmall pile in the middle of the burger. I did not get the extra pickles I ordered, but I sure did get a LOT of onions, for somereason. The burger that was supposed to have extra onions did not, and all the onions were in one pile. I understand beingbusy, but it doesn't take much effort to take pride in your job, or offer an apology for a slip-up. Read more
They gave us the wrong drink and made us wait for over 20 min. I had to call them to let them know we were still waiting for our... food. Then one of the employees accused us for paying for the wrong food! NEVER going there again!!! Read more
Went in to grab a snack just after 3 on a weekday, used the restroom. Restroom was average in cleanliness. Soap dispenser was... broken. Ordered food through the kiosk. The kiosk did not produce a receipt, so when my number was called I had no idea that itwas my order. I told the server/cashier that the paper was out. Around 9:25 I stopped by the drive thru and dealt with horrible customer service from a manager with tattoos on her face and a... young lady in drive thru who was very rude and disrespectful because they had our order wrong , didn?t even say sorry or have agood day just very rude for there mistake. I was still nice when I could of been a rude customer . The manager lady with tattooswas laughing about it too while the lady was talking to rudly too and I heard the word ?ew? as I was driving off. Look... just give these people your money and let them just give you food. Don't expect them to get your order correct... and... telling them the order is wrong just causes them to give you a deer-in-the-headlights kind of look. Also... even when thislocation tells you to "pull ahead" because they are making your order... it's malarky. The food is old and stale. I've been tothis location 3-4 times in the last few months... and it's the same garbage every time. That whole part of Bellevue is justgoing downhill fast. Read more

Ordered 20 nuggets and a medium fry. When I got them the nuggets were cold and old looking and my fries were stale and Cold.... Came back through and asked for fresh ones. Two minutes later they bring me out ?new? nuggets fries? they were so hot I burnedmy hand through the bag. On top of that I?m 100% sure they just microwaved my order and sent it back out. How do I know? Cuz thenugget I took a bite out of was still in there! My box is now soggy and the nuggets are still bad. Not to mention the guy thatbrought it out to me rudely snickered ?here you go.
