Service was slow although no other customers. Manager on duty lacks customer service skill. She had a less than desirable... attitude. If her young crew learns from her the will be set up to fail. Bagels were not worth the trouble. Would be happy toexplain to another manager. Read more
Not happy at all. Ordered a margarita pizza, had one before from the same place, and it was delicious! So it's veterans day,... I'm at work can't leave work unless I'm taking my break. So ordered online got the food and the pizza was literally cheese andtomato.. not what I ordered. Called and spoke with someone about getting a new one. Said I would get a voucher in my email..nothing.. they called and said they needed my address (gave work one because I live outside of Bellevue) nothing came/showed up.Plus by the time I got off it was 22:45. This is the second time I've been incredibly disappointed with this location. I'll never be back. I've had enough waisting my... money. Why do they keep items on the menu if it's not available so that I pick that item and then have to jump through hoops toget a refund for missing food?! How hard is it to get the order right? 1. Floor was disgusting! There was food on the floors throughout the restaurant and by the drinks area underneath the counters.... This speaks so much about the people that worked there. 2. My Ten Vegetable soup was horrible. It tasted old and out an expiredsoup can. I asked to have it change and the young girl at the cash register said, no. 3. And the worst of all my husband gotsick We believe it To be Cross contamination. My husband is lacto vegetarian and it?s happened before that if the peoplehandling the food in the kitchen touch meat or don?t clean properly he gets sick. This happened to him a couple of times withChipotle in another state. So, never again did we eat at Chipotle. If the front of the house is so disgusting I can?t imaginehow atrocious it must be in the back of the house. I kind of regret not speaking up when we were there. This is not acceptable.I wish I would have taken pictures of the nasty floors and tables. But I?m sure that I can walk in any time of the day and theplace will be dirty. If you see uncleanliness SPEAK UP and take pictures, give them a bad review. Because this is notacceptable. My wife ordered two chipotle wraps with egg and paid extra for bacon on both. Get home and neither one of them had bacon on it.... I asked my wife if it was even busy when she picked up our food and she said no. I called because on the receipt it specifiessaying if the order is inaccurate to let a manager know and they can?t even pick up the phone. Really disappointed and annoyedthat this place really doesn?t care about the orders and customers. Read more
This is the steak & white cheddar sandwich. Looks nothing like the picture, hardly any meat, too much soggy bread, and tasted... gross. Don't waste your money on their sandwiches. Also got the broccli cheddar soup which is good, but I think that's pre-madeso they couldn't really screw that up. Read more

I love Panera, it's bread bowls are delicious!! However, this location is not as cozy as the previous ones. Which I guess is... good when you need to be awake, but I prefer a cozy place. overall, awesome! Read more
