My dad called an order in around 5:20 last night, before the Husker game. When he got to the store 25 minites later, not only... was the pizza not started, they said it would be at least an hour! If they were that far behind, why didn't they say that on thephone to begin with, instead of making him waste time and gas! With reviews like these, why would anyone continue to come here? Read more
Ordered pizza at 10:06pm, expected delivery 10:40pm. Had to use PayPal because the website said the location was not accepting... credit card payments. Weird. Called at 10:21pm to see if they could bring cups for our 2-liters and plates because we're in ahotel. Manager was super defensive thinking I was questioning where my pizza was but I wasn't. She said no they don't have themvery rudely. Delivery was not made even after posted closing time. Called 3 times between estimated delivery time and closingtime inquiring about the status of our pizza. Manager insisted "SHE" was out for a delivery and would bring ours soon. Last timeI called she didn't answer - manager ended up calling me back apologizing profusely that she was in the walk-in cooler. Asked tocancel my order but she insisted it was still going to be delivered although she said she'd cancel the charge on our card.Delivery shows up at 11:15pm and "HE" didn't have the 2 liters, he was totally frazzled and his zipper was wide open. When i went in this guy looked at me for a while so i said i was there to pick up my order and he proceeded to get rude with me... saying that thats not his job and that the lady would be with me soon. The lady was very nice and apologized for her coworkersrudeness. I hope i dont have to see that dude and his 3 dollar haircut ever again Read more
Ordered for delivery. Was quoted 33 minutes in the onfirmation email. After an hour, I went to call and got a notification as I... was dialing that my order was delivered. I looked in the hallway to make sure it wasn't left by the door and there was nothing.Called the store and the driver was back already. The lady that answered the phone asked him what happened. He claimed to haveknocked, which I didn't hear anyone. She told him next time he should call the customer if they don't answer the door. I toldher I'd just come pick it up if she would refund the delivery fee and tip. She said she couldn't do that. I told her I wasworried my food was getting cold. She said they were remaking it so it wouldn't be cold and she would send it out right away. Itold her I was still coming to pick it up because I didn't want to wait another 30 minutes at that point. The only reason theyget 2 stars is because they actuallly did remake the pizza and breadsticks fresh. However, someone that WAS a customer everyweek or two is now no longer going to be ordering from this location. For the record, I did tip well because its 100+ degreesoutside, so that shouldn't have been an issue for the driver. Read more
Man I have to say normally I love papa Johns but this place tonight makes me not want to come back-staff we?re going from... handling cash directly back to making pizza and handling dough and the food. I also received my garlic knots tonight almostburnt. Read more
Someone is having a hard time tonight at the store....pizza showed up like someone used it like a punching bag, re ordered twice... and declined.....I mean I get it gluten free pizza is trash, but man who ever let their rage out did it proper and I really hopemy sacrifice of a pizza got them feeling better. Food is cooked amazingly and still tastes great cold the next morning. Always have great service and portions are perfect.
