Understaffed Worked very hard. Struggled to keep up.

This location was on point the morning of 10/30/21. Timely completion of the online order, everything was super tasty, the staff... were uber friendly and the place was immaculate. A nice recovery from my last visit to the Bellevue NE location. Read more

The pizza was not even done 40 mins after it was supposed to be. Got there had to re order. The young gal was a complete BRAT.... And NO MARINARA SAUSE WITH CHEESE BREAD?? Go to another Papa Murphy's! And they didnt even stretch the crust like they weresupposed! Horrid Read more

I feel so ripped off. I ordered 1 thin and 1 original crust pizza. They gave me 2 thin crust pizzas. When I brought it to their... attention they said the dough needed time to rise. The management said that they had just had a rush so now I have to wait forthe dough to rise at least an hour. I should have just went somewhere else because now we have to still drive home in rush hourtraffic then wait at least an hour to get what I wanted. Amazing pizza and great customer service! I ordered and paid online and by the time I got to the store, both my kids were... asleep in the car. I called in and explained my situation to the sweetest lady that works there and she brought it to my car. It made my day. Plus the pizza is always the best. Read more
