This store has just gone downhill. They have not had delivery for about a year now and I think at one point this year the... location was closed for a few months because of staffing issues. How can you claim to have delivery but never actually deliverfor MONTHS to over a year? The disrespect this pizza hut has given to our community is immense and falls on the shoulders of themanager, the regional manager and even the franchise owner. Either fix your business or pack up and get out of Bellevue. Thisplace just hasn't been the same since Ron, Jeremiah, Logan, Jackie and Justin were running the place. Read more
My carry out order was taken with a delivery order, so I had to wait an extra 25 minutes while they remade my order. The manager... was highly unprofessional, yelling at the workers in the kitchen and telling me multiple times to ?grab a free 2 liter.? I kepttelling them I don?t want a 2 liter. I told her to make sure the cinnabons I ordered with my meal were at least fresh when I getmy remade order. I finally received my food and had to bring it back inside because it wasn?t even edible looking plus thecinnabons were cold. I had ordered the new pepperoni lovers pizza melt and it was a cheesy, sloppy, pepperoni mess. I didn?twant to wait longer, so I took it inside and told them this situation was ridiculous and unacceptable. When I was out in my car,I noticed the manager smiling and laughing after I returned my order to her. She claimed she credited my account, but there isno credit. Pizza hut in Bellevue on Galvin road is now open. We bought a large on friday and it was Delicious..come help them stay open.
This place is a mess. You can't order from the app for this location for whatever reason. And when you try to call to place an... order no one answers. The whole one time I was able to get an order placed at this location it took 2-hours for it to bedelivered even though they said 45-minutes when I had called. I understand finding good people is a challenge these days but that is your problem, not mine. Delivery is a key "ingredient"... but this store has not had delivery for months - in fact, it frequently is not even open for carry-out. It has no eat-in dining.This is not a remote area but well populated suburb of Omaha. Yesterday, I placed my order at 5:39PM and no medium pan crustswere available. :( Read more
Our local restaurant had only recently reopened due to staffing issues. So I was not expecting much as I understand how much of... a challenge reopening had to be. The food was prepared fine and the delivery person delivered it fresh and hot and was friendly.The only reason I would not strongly recommend it was just the ingredients themselves. The meatballs were not very good (thecheese sauce and the rest of the toppings were fine) and the crispy thin crust was only crispy on the edge (which was reallygood). The bottom was done but not close to crispy. Otherwise everything was fine. I was not disappointed overall so please takethis as intended. 4 of 5 is not bad. Read more
I chose curbside. I used my app and said I was there but no one was at front desk. I finally called on phone and it rang and... rang. After over 10 rings a lady came from the back. She said she would come out after washed her hands. It took anotherseveral minutes. She finally brought detroit pizza. When I got home the pizza sauce was all on top of the lid in the box. Food was good, and customer service was excellent! The Melts are a good deal for the price ($6.99 plus tax).
