Garbage staff for a garbage location. Ordered online, waited 25 minutes, and then went to pick up my order because this location... no longer delivers. Got there and they said my order was finishing up and would be out shortly. For 25 additional minutes,people were coming in, ordering, and leaving while I was still waiting. Apparently no one told the cooks in the back they neededto actually cook pizza instead of being on their phones. At any rate, after 30 mins past my wait time... they said it would beanother 15 minutes (if they rushed) to cook the breadstick order they forgot to make... all the while the my pizzas had beensitting on a table for 20+ minutes getting cold. I asked for a refund and it was clear as day the new "GM from Texas" had smokedtoo much weed because he kept calling his store "Dominoes". He was operating in his last brain cell for sure. Overall, thislocation is completely run down and just needs to close. The few staff they still have there are way out of their depth and haveabsolutely no idea what they are doing. Luckily there are plenty of other pizza choices in our area... because this particularone is horrible. Read more
The food was amazing as always and although the service was friendly, I felt like the girl could have been a little more patient... with me (I went inside the store because I was unsure of what I wanted) so that is the only reason I gave 4 stars. I will beback though so perhaps next time I'll be able to honestly and confidently give 5 stars. Read more
Usually the food has been good. This time they said we would get order in 30-40 minutes. An hour and 15 minutes later we got our... incomplete order. Called the store and it said they were closed At 6:20pm. Never ordering again. We had ordered $70 worth offood. Driver had given us what she had in the bag for our order. Not impressed. Read more
I had forgotten breadsticks on my order. When I showed up the very nice gal at the counter put in the order and put the rest of... my food into the warmer while I waited for those breadsticks. To the gal at the counter I had a bad week and you made my dayjust by keeping those warm and understanding my situation. Thank you so much! Read more
Ordered delivery yesterday during dinner rush. Not only was the online app easy, but our food got here 10 mins early and was... hot! Delicious food and friendly delivery driver. We'll be ordering again in the future for sure. Read more
Ok pizza but terrible service We have eaten here a few times and the staff just don't seem to care about customer service at... all. We tried to eat in the restaurant once and they had us come to the counter and pick our pizza up in a box. We had to waitanother 5 minutes in line to get our drinks. I really wish I had not put the tip on my card. Clearly they did not want mybusiness. Very skimpy on the toppings also. Read more
My sister called to order pizza and the lady taking our order kept taking breaks in our conversation to yell at someone in the... back. When we got there to pick up the pizza my sister stood inside the lobby for 10 minutes before anyone even knew she was inthere. She even yelled hello three times. When we finally got someone to give us our food she gave us the wrong pizzas as shewas still yelling at someone in the back. Save yourself some time and frustration and go to literally any other Pizza Hut! Read more
