Usually pretty good, but inconsistent. You can order the same thing two different days and end up with something hot and fresh... and delicious one day and the same meal can be cool and soggy the next day. The inside seating sometimes can be dirty with a lotof tables not cleaned up/wiped down so I'm assuming they are short staffed. Read more
DO NOT USE ORDER AHEAD! They ignore all customization! They make the food early and it is cold when picked up. Also missing... items like a tomato sauted onion burger and a whole chili! Will not be back using online ordering. Read more
What nice service at lunch. Woman behind counter was super efficient. Good fresh and hot. New interior model is pleasant.
Runza Restaurant was a good meal. The Swiss and Mushroom Runza was not offensive but it is definitely a regional food. It is... not something i will be craving.It was not very visually appealing. If you get a kidsmeal don't forget the free ice-cream cone. The coupon is on the paper bag that the kids meal comes in. For the most part the restaurant was clean. The men's room had anissue though, The handle for the faucet was completely broken off. To use it you had to figure out how it fit on. Thedrive-thru line can back up and block parking and traffick trying to drive around the restaurant. There is handicapped parkingbut the doors are not automatic. Read more

Really good chocolate shakes and fries, and I like the hamburgers. I have never liked the actual runzas, just not a fan at all... (sorry not sorry, Nebraska!) I don't think I have ever been inside the restaurant at this location, but the drive throughservice is generally friendly and accurate. Read more
First time this happened but hopefully last. Fries were not cooked all the way. Mountain Dew was out of syrup. But worst of all,... Hamburger wasn't cooked all the way. Didn't pay no mind to it until half way eaten. Upset. 10/08/21 at Bellevue location. Read more
Probably Nebraska's finest chain restaurant hamburger and definitely fries. Service the last time we went was pretty slow and... the gal at the cash register just didn't seem too prepared for any sort of crowd. I like the fact that you can refill yourdrinks on your own and drive it through is usually pretty good. Read more
