Very disappointed in this location, I've visited 5 times over the last week they have messed up my order 3 times and over... charged me a few times ( the manager did compensate me for the over charges) but overall not impressed with this location andI've been to almost every scooters in the area over the past 8 years and never had mistakes made this often. I always get the peanut butter power smoothie. It?s my favorite. Went through today and I think they forgot the peanut butter.... Lol. Had to get to a class so I didn?t have time to go back through. Just notes for next time. :) Read more
Went here today to try and get a pretty simple cup of coffee with a little bit of creamer. I was left standing at the register... for literally 5 minutes while the single girl working tried to balance making drinks for the drive through and people in thestore (this was honestly not her fault she made sure to reassure me that she knew I was there but she was busy). My biggerproblem is the manager(?) or shift lead(?) who decided that 10:30am on a Thursday was the best time to initiate an interviewleaving her coworker to fend for herself in the middle of a morning rush for coffee. The line for the drive through waslegitimately along the entire building and the poor girl that was actually working was struggling. It was a bad experience for aplace that I've liked in the past. I would also like to point out the girl that was actually working was trying her best to doher job, meanwhile the other employee was sitting in the dining room interviewing/flirting with someone full well knowing it wasabsolute chaos behind the counter. I don't go there every often. But coffee and muffins are great, wife loved pumpkin and I loved the blueberry
