I had a valid coupon and none of the employees on Galvin Road Subway could resolve the issue. The sandwich I ordered was left on... the counter. No employee had the ability or desire to honor the coupon. The employees are part of the problem, they had nosolution - WEAK! I had to go to the subway store on Cornhusker to get a new sandwich. They had the same problem with thecoupon. Manager did a override to resolve the issue and honor the coupon. Strong and Knowledgeable employees at CornhuskerSubway. Read more
Endless critiques. Biggest ones, are they had to stop and make ranch for my wrap. Not during rush. Also they rolled it up with... open ends.
