We ordered through DoorDash, and assumed it was a doordash problem. At first. We reordered our order after receiving the... completely incorrect order. The receipt said the correct food and had all the correct information, but the correspondence wasnot followed through in the bag. The bag had a completely separate order and was very frustrating. We placed a remake orderthrough DoorDash, hoping to get the correct food. This time Wendy's sent us one of our sandwiches, the fries that went with theother sandwich and the drink that went with the other sandwich. We did not receive both of our sandwiches, we only received one.This was very frustrating. Read more

Terrible customer service. Knew exactly what i wanted so I didn't even look at the sign. Just ordered a chicken sandwich with no... tomatoes. Went back after seeing this abomination and was told no refunds which is kinda understandable if it's on the sign.However at my job I warn customers if they order something we don't have everything for in case they didn't notice. Guess that'sjust me. I asked for just a cheaper double cheeseburger instead and was told it had to be the equivalent what's in the bag. WhatI ordered cost more so they said no. Won't come back here unless this is made right. Waste of $10 and my time. Read more

Went for the grilled chicken sandwich which they were out of, if it wasnt for me having diarrhea the day after my last visit I... would have stayed and ordered something else. Management is obviously oblivious to not have proper stocking, proper storage offood, clean prep areas or proper hygiene. Never had any issue at any previous Wendy's before this and with it being .4 milesaway sadly unless theirs a hiring new managment sign in front I will not be back. Ill have to wait until I'm back in BirminghamAl I guess. Read more

Meh. Lobby was closed but there were no signs indicating such, so we stood outside of locked doors during business hours for... several minutes trying to figure out what was going on or trying to wave down an employee inside. Finally just got drive throughbut then we had to eat in the car. Food was hot and fresh, but overall the experience was lacking. Read more

Disappointing experience. Dining room was closed even though workers were sitting inside. Drive through attendant was rude when... placing order and giving me my food. Did not get a receipt with my order. Coke was watery and sauces weren't in the bag when Igot my food. Fries were cold and stale. Avoid this location. Read more

Usually I have a great experience at Wendy's when I get breakfast, but today was not good. I pulled up to the drive through and... I just got a rude "what do you want" and I ordered, and then when I got to the window the lady was very rude and didn't eventell me my total. She then walked around the back room for a couple minutes and handed me my drink and food and just closed thewindow. I get that mornings are slow but at least have some customer service :/ Read more

Great chicken sandwich options- the new hot honey chicken sandwich meal is delicious. Sweet and smokey. The spicy chicken bacon... sandwich is really good too and the baconator fries are always fantastic! Plus... frosties!! Read more

They were awesome !!! Made me 2 special Strawberry Summer Salads without cheese for my special allergen needs last night. They... were delicious & so friendly about it. Never made me feel like I was a pain for a special request. Hard to find that type ofcustomer service these days. Thanks to Manager and employees for going above and beyond. Read more
