12:40 Thursday November 3rd staff not making delivery orders placed 10 or more minutes ago until other newer orders are gone... therefore orders that are put in well after those that need delivered are being prioritized I don't think people are payingexcessive amounts of money to have their food delivered so they can wait longer because the staff can't do their jobs Read more
I got in line for drive through at 525 pm. There was no one in the dinning area. From this time on it took extremely long to get... to order. Customer service was great. Only complaint my bun was stale. Expensive to have stale bun. The actual roast beef awesome.
The fries were cold. I went during happy hour and I wasnt aware that the happy hour prices had went up. I asked the cashier and... she said if I had read the sign I would've seen that only a drink and a fry were a $1. I went to the Bellevue Arby's and online says they're open till 8 p.m. and their signs say they're open till 8 p.m.. I go to... the drive-through to order my food and the lady inside said they're closed and this is at 7 p.m. and I told her the sign saysyou close at 8 p.m. and she was completely rude said no they were closed and there was still a bunch of workers inside and her.So I guess now the workers decide when Arby's close in Bellevue Arby's.
