Food was very good but delivery driver was very rude. I understand you are in a hurry but that is no reason to snatch money out... of my hand as i was counting it and say ?I have other deliveries? and leave. Read more

Your workers were so busy but still polite, friendly and helpful. If they are not making at least $18 an hour they should all... quit! There were cars all over waiting to pick up pizzas. Read more

Same great fare, delivered hot and ahead of expected delivery time. Only concern were the prices. Most items are more expensive... than other PH in most markets. Otherwise five them a call and yum yum! Read more

Placed a large order for my daughters birthday, modified the order the morning of for 2 less pizzas than originally ordered.... Pick up was easy and food was great. However both charges were placed on my account. One for the original amount and one for thesecond reduced amount. I called and the girl who answered said it would drop off my account at midnight, not a problem. 3 dayslater the original charge was still pending on my account. I called again and the girl who answered started yelling to someoneelse what was going on, and when I told her I was just trying to get some clarification on how long it would hold on my accountshe got very irritated and told me there?s nothing they could do and I just needed to wait. I asked to speak to the girl in thebackground who seemed to have a better understanding of the process and the original person threw the phone down. I wasn?tupset just trying to get some clarification on when the payment would come off my account. I think anyone who has been chargedfor more than double ($300) what they received should be entitled to ask questions without being spoken to so disrespectfully. Ihope it was just a bad day and not an indicator of the typical customer service. Read more

I ordered a large meat lover's got home it was a large plain cheese. Called and they said they would deliver the large meat... lover's but would have to charge a delivery fee. I said forget it, it was your mistake. I won't be ordering again. You may wantto change your policy before it happens again. It won't happen to me though again. Read more

Placed a rather large order online yesterday, over $70 and when it arrived they had forgotten my 2 orders of boneless chicken... wings. Figured no big deal will just call them and let them know. The manager gets on the phone and proceeded to tell me that itwas pretty much my fault because I placed such a big order and that I checked the asap instead of putting a time down! Really? Iwasn't even pissed about it figured they would just add them to the next order, but instead of taking responsibility for it youwant to put the blame on me? Awesome customer service! Read more
