The last 2 times we've attempted (ended up leaving both times) to order from this taco bell the wait in line was ridiculous.... With a not ridiculous line. Last time there were only 2 cars in front of us. Today we were behind the vehicle ordering andwaited and waited and waited with no movement of the line. I believe it was the same people working both incidents as thevehicles outback were the same. I do not claim to be an expert on this location by any means but it sure seems like there's notmuch work going on here or foot dragging or something. The owner whomever they are should be aware I feel as I'm sure they'dlove to know they are losing business because of it. Today other vehicles behind me also followed me in leaving. Read more
We ordered with no one else in the drive thru at 6pm Sunday and it took 20 minutes to get our food. When we got our food the... taco wasn't wrapped up and lost half of it in the bag. The chipotle melts were barely in there wrapper and on the cheesy gordedacrunch there were potatoes instead on meat. And to top it all off there was almost no cheese in the nachos and cheesecontainer. Really let me down. I went through 3 weeks ago for lunch and they did really good. Not a thing wrong. Read more
Please understand that I understand being under staffed. I get it I really do. I work retail myself. When you wait for 20... minutes to get service as the one taking orders stands at the drive through waiting instead of taking our order. It gets reallyfrustrating. I did not have the money to use my debit card. So I could not use the machines. I am old fashioned and carry cashyet. I am very disappointed. If you cannot handle the dining room, close it. Read more
They were not close to closing and we ordered our food. We pulled up at the drive through and the person at the window was upset... because we waved at her. Then they continued to let us pay for things they did not give us, to be clear, they didn't tell uswhen they were out of things and made us pay. In other words the service was extremely displeasing and bad. Read more
We've stopped at this location every other weekend on our way out of town for a few months. We usually have decent service.... Today we were accidentally charged for the person in front of us in the drive-thru who drove away. The worker and managerdecided not to charge us for our more expensive order because of this. Nice service for nearly being closed this week to finish the remodel. The lobby was closed with the drive thru open. It's also... combined with Mickey Mart the gas station. Read more
Fine Taco Bell with the usual food offerings. They also have a drive thru for quick stops. Menu changes from breakfast to... lunch/dinner and there is room to eat inside as well. Fill your own drinks complement the food well. Seasonal specials androtating 5 dollar boxes are also good options. We would stop here again if we we're close and wanted Tex/Mex fast food. Read more
The guy at the drive thru definitely hates his job. The food was AWFUL. We stopped after we left the summit races in norwalk... around 830 pm... would never recommend this taco bell ???? the Mexican pizza was disgusting and didn't even look good. I dreadedtaking a bite!
