Nobody at the front counter to greet you, all employee's at the back of the building. Customers walking out without ordering... anything. Not all of my order was in the bag, should I have to check adults!!! Read more

Just got ripped off by this store last night. I ordered online for a 12 piece dark meat bucket, two biscuits, and a... coleslaw. We noticed this morning that we should have had eight pieces left after eating four. There were only six piecesleft. You shouldn't have to count the pieces of chicken in your bucket before you leave the store. Seriously! I guess I'llfind another KFC to go to, where the employees can count to 12. Or just only go to Popeye's from now on. It's not even worthcontacting the manager of the store. It's obvious they don't care. I'll reward other stores that do it right with my $. Andhopefully if enough people do the same thing, the problem will solve itself, eventually. Read more
Not satisfied at all, didn?t have ANYTHING we asked for. Chose from very small options. Corn was very dry and shriveled up.... Also, biscuits were rock hard. Threw away an $8 meal it was just beyond not good at all. Dr Pepper tasted amazing, that?s aboutit. Read more
The KFC was in a great location, on Ohio Blvd rt65. Visit 8/26/22. Great value for your$. Register lady vicky who took our order... @1 was a very polite helpful . Service was quick, overall place was clean. Food was hot. Our receipt had survey to add on lineand after completing, we had a promo buy one chicken sandwich n recieve1free, very tasty???????? This is just fast food but I am very impressed for the wonderful service! Staff was very friendly. Order was delivered... correctly! Restaurant was clean and cool from the summer heat! Sofa pop area was clean and tidy! Food was hot and tasty! Read more
