This Papa John's location is not good. I ordered a small pizza, the garden specialty pizza, for takeout and when I got home to... eat it, the dough was raw in the center. I called the location to ask them to redo the pizza or get my money back and they said"that's just how the pizza is." Not going back to this place. I will pay more at the pizza places down the street. Read more
I love the Pizza and the service. The staff has always been great!!! My only complaint is on phone orders, where I cannot... replace the garlic sauce with marinara sauce without paying for the garlic, which I don'twant!!!( I worked in pizza shops forthe last 10 years,that's ridiculous.) This is the worst business in Bellevue, hands down. The quality of the pizzas are inconsistent. The workers are not always sure... of what the "deals" are resulting in a $15.+ overcharge on an order that the company didn't find important enough to respond to.Today was the last straw. I ordered 4 2 liter bottles of pop and received 2. The manager gave me a credit, which I'm sure willnot be there if I were to ask about it on another order. Besides what good is credit when you have people expecting a cold drinkwith their meal? The manager was quite snarky during our short conversation.
