This Papa John's location is not good. I ordered a small pizza, the garden specialty pizza, for takeout and when I got home to... eat it, the dough was raw in the center. I called the location to ask them to redo the pizza or get my money back and they said"that's just how the pizza is." Not going back to this place. I love the Pizza and the service. The staff has always been great!!! My only complaint is on phone orders, where I cannot... replace the garlic sauce with marinara sauce without paying for the garlic, which I don'twant!!!( I worked in pizza shops forthe last 10 years,that's ridiculous.) This is the worst business in Bellevue, hands down. The quality of the pizzas are inconsistent. The workers are not always sure... of what the "deals" are resulting in a $15.+ overcharge on an order that the company didn't find important enough to respond to.Today was the last straw. I ordered 4 2 liter bottles of pop and received 2. The manager gave me a credit, which I'm sure willnot be there if I were to ask about it on another order. Besides what good is credit when you have people expecting a cold drinkwith their meal? The manager was quite snarky during our short conversation. This is the second time my pizza was not delivered. My family waited hours and the pizza never came. As I was at work I called... and asked about the pizza, I was told to check the front door. The pizza was not there. I called back and the manager told meit?s not his problem because door dash was the service that delivered it. He never offered me a new pizza and proceeded to say Idon?t know what you want me to do about it, maybe your kids want a job delivering because we don?t have enough drivers. He thenwas going to void the wrong order, I had to tell him multiple times I wanted a refund. I was stunned that a manager or anyemployee would talk to a customer that way. I called to order asked for my wings to b fried hard. She said ok. I got these soak n wet wings. I called he said the wings are... baked and was rude so I asked for my money back he said no I asked for a credit he said no. I've had pizza from here for 8 years now and it's usually pretty good for when you don't want to pay an arm and a leg to buy... local. That being said, there has been the occasional issue with no delivery drivers over the past few months. I understandthat's a problem for many places right now, but things seem to have escalated when I made an online order for pickup yesterdayand even though the app was updating the order as being in the oven and counting down the time until it would be prepared, Ireceived a message that the store wasn't actually open yet. This was 11:40 am on a Wednesday. The last thing I'll mention isthat the sign you can see in the attached photo was up in the store at the cash register. I was appalled and disgusted by it. Read more
