If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I work at a dental office in Bellevue and ALWAYS order from pizza pronto but decided... to try this place as I received a brochure in the mail. I ordered a chicken gyro with fries, chicken tenders and garlic bread?.The tenders came in a small container completely smashed and falling out, the lid wouldn?t even stay closed. The garlic bread isfilled with grease. I was charged for ranch I didn?t receive AND my order was delivered OVER an hour when the man said 45minutes. Now I don?t care so much on the being late part but when I called to tell the ?manager? what was up with my order andthat I would never be ordering from there again he just said ?ok? and that he has been working there for 9 years and he alwayssmashes the chicken tenders in the same containers?.. needless to say I will be telling EVERYONE that walks through our officeNEVER to go here!!!! $40 was a complete joke and a waste!!!!! Good pizza but they overcharge every time. Its one price when you order, but the paper reciept says more when the food is... delivered. for example the pre tip total with delivery and tax should be 24.50, but you get charged 31.50. Its easy to miss ifyou order in a group. They're essentially stealing a few dollars from every delivery customer. (Edited bellow to respond toEphesus comment) Yes, you do overcharge. I have never used a delivery app, I call directly. Ive been ordering pizzas from youyears and have consistently had small price issues with your shop. The same order will be a different price when differentcustomers order, and sometimes a different price for the same order to the same address in the same week. lately it seems to begetting worse. I saved the reciept of my last order and it was nearly $10 over the menu price quoted when I ordered. Eitheremployees are padding the bills or Ephesus is doing it as a business model Read more

If I could give this place no stars, I would..First time calling to place an order and the person got an attitude and becoming... arrogant bc I was asking questions. I guess they lost a customer before the order was ever placed. I will never recommend themto anyone Read more

If i could give zero stars i would! Steak hoagies are not supposed to look like this at all! Messed up the whole order, steak... was supposed to be lettuce, cheddar, mushrooms an mayo. The steak is clearly gyro meat an also smells like it! My sons plainchicken hoagie smells old, my boyfriends cheeseburger hoagie was also wrong no onions an theres onions. The pizza looks like itwas thrown around before it got literlly 2 mins away. This is the pizza shop that I compare all other pizza shops to. I used to live 3 minutes from Pizza Ephesus and we got take out... quite frequently. Everything I have ever ordered from here has been delicious. They have amazing pizza, delicious wings, greathoagies, and honestly I love their salads too. We recently moved further away and I am so disappointed that we had to find a newpizza shop. Pizza Ephesus also has a rewards program so every few visits I was able to use a rewards coupon for $5 off orsomething. I definitely recommend, and I will still visit when I visit my sister who lives in the area. Read more
