LOVE the FRESH lettuce and tomato- their burgers are great! Coke tasted funny, that was disappointing.
Just close this location down already. It?s been understaffed for over a year now. Very slow service (when they?re even open),... soggy fries, and stale food. This location needs some serious help. Read more
Ordered lunch there yesterday. My nephew opened up his sandwich (hot ham and cheese) and a handul of baby spiders were all over... it. He yelled out that there were spiders all over his sandwich, I quickly grabbed it from him, wrapped it back up so thespiders would stay in the wrapping. The man working the window was right there as all of this happened. I handed it back to himand told him that the spiders are still all over the sandwich. He walked away from the window with the sandwich, I thought toget a manager. He came back a minute later, and without saying anything, started handing us the rest of our food. I told himthat we no longer wanted it and that we would like a refund please. He got the manager and the manager came over, he actedshocked that we were asking for a refund. Asked us why we wanted a refund for all of it. I replied, "because there were spidersin his food." He said that they don't have a spider problem and he's not sure what happened. Eventually apologized and gave usthe refund. This might have been a fluke and they don't have a big spider issue. This may be a clean and safe restaurant to eatat, I don't know. The best fast food breakfast in the land. I specifically like how the sausage patties seem like they are from a fresh roll,... unlike other fast food joints where they seem rubbery, The biscuits are the best though. Lady gave me attitude when I asked if they had apple pies as if it was annoying that she had to answer that, then it turned out... they didn?t have them after I already ordered them because she told me they had them. Ordered a double number 8 with a diet DrPepper. Received a single with regular Dr Pepper and the onion rings on the sandwich were rock hard and there was almost no bbqsauce. It seems this sandwich must have been sitting out for a LONG time. I called and they blamed it on the previous shiftinstead of taking responsibility. They offered me a free sandwich next time I?m there which I appreciate but I probably won?t beback. The McDonald?s next door has 10x the customers and now I see why. The burger wasn?t even warm. Just got home from ordering drive-thru. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit...no egg, no cheese. Why is this difficult?
