Not only is the food outstanding, the service is over the top excellent. This has become my new favorite place in Bellevue. Even... my most pickiest kid loves this place and she rarely likes any place. The pizza and their combination of toppings are delicious.Their service is so over and above what I could expect. Amazing place to drink a beer, eat great pizza, and hang out with friends and/or family. We went there with our baby and toddler... and the tvs were entertaining but not too loud. Waitress was very sweet. It was our first time there and they offered us adessert pizza on the house! Will definitely to back again. Read more
Ok, wow. From the food to the service, everything was outstanding. This is probably in our top five of favorite eats ever!! And... that?s saying a lot because we are big foodies. The pizza was delicious, light and so fresh! They even let us try the Apple piepizza, and omg, just melted in my mouth. Also, everyone here was SO nice and so attentive. We met Cal (he kinda reminded us ofPost Malone ????, we love PM), one of the owners, and had great conversation with one of the managers, Emilio! Really reallygreat people. Just moved to the area and have been trying lots of new restaurants in the area however this has become my new favorite!!! The... pizza was amazing and the strawberry goat cheese salad was everything I ever wanted. But even more than that the service wasimpeccable! Everyone was so kind and very quick. Oh baby! I wish I still lived in Bellevue now that the amazing Cascadia Pizza has opened up their latest franchise there. We... visited around 6pm on a Sunday, and ordered 4 pizzas. They are still building out the interior, so no full sized pizzas yet, andno pesto sauce available just yet- but when they open fully in a few weeks they said they will have it all. Smaller pizzasmeans I got to try a new one, the sicario, which was super delicious! Chicken, bread crumps, fresh basil post-bake. A reallyunique pizza. We also tried the butcher (my all time fave), the Wenatchee, and the Cascadia margherita (our other threefavorites, along with, oh, the whole menu) and everything matched the quality I?m used to from the maple valley location(Mecca). Can?t wait to go back and try the brisket pizza (Wolverine), and the fresh pretzel! They serve exclusively Bellevuebrewing beer, since this spot used to be the Bellevue brewery. I guess it still is, they just joined forces? Either way, thiswas a weird interim area before, but will become hugely populated in years to come as the light rail is finished and the Amazonheadquarters opens up. Great good! Got a soft pretzel, cider, pizza and the strawberry salad. The staff were really friendly, highly recommended... sitting next to where they make the actual pizzas, so cool to watch. Also the sent home a free dessert pizza for being firsttime customer and it was delicious! Read more
