Great food as always but service went downhill. I?ve never received such an unprofessional customer service since I first... discovered chick fil a a few years in NC. Not being racist but tall African American gentlemen who took my order was extremelyunprofessional, couldn?t keep an eye contact while talking. Asked for payment card before asking what I would like to order. Hewas wearing his jacket on top of the u inform, so couldn?t see his name. It?s not the first time happening but definitely lastone. Only reason I'm giving this place a four at atmosphere is it so busy they can't even use the inside for people to sit down. This... place is amazing how busy it is and the amount of food that they pump out daily. I have never seen a restaurant that is moreorganized. Even though everybody's working so hard they all have a great attitude and try and go the extra mile to make surethat you're happy. Read more
Comparing Chik-fil-A and Popeyes. Popeyes has the better sandwhich brioche bun, crispier chicken and more than one piece of... pickle. The Chik-fil-A strips are smaller and not as flaky and crispy as Popeyes. I know a lot of people like Chik-fil-A but I'mnot a fan. I would take Popeyes anytime over Chik. I walked in, the service was quick, although I saw that the drive throughline was into the street. Read more

The place is amazing. The portions of the food and size was great. The meal was $20.00 for two with a milkshake. They had... attendants taking orders with IPads. We asked for extra sauces there was 8 of three different types. They did cheap out. Read more
It was very busy when I went, there was only drive thought and it took 15 mins.. Hence the 3 star. Staff where very nice and the... classic chicken sandwich was good and the potato chips was nice. Would go again, but might have a poppeyes equally ad much. Read more
I love the food here, it?s great! this poor rating is for their service. It?s just terrible. We?re long past pandemic, still no... seating inside is allowed. If you?re ordering inside - it?s not even clear where the line starts. Since dine in is not available- they at least can arrange waiting area after you?ve ordered. And putting a sign where line starts and where it?s directed isnot hard too. Another issue is that it?s not possible to get to their parking lot for dine in or takeout - the drive-throughline blocks access to parking spaces. Service and space organization is so poor both inside and outside. Read more
