The dim sum is very good, just very pricey! If you have the extra 20 minutes to drive across the bridge into China town the dim... sum is half the cost and taste the same. Read more

Three observations. They close the kitchen between 3:30pm and 4:00pm. However, there is no sign on the door stating this. ... So, I witnessed several parties being turned away at the door who looked not very happy. Second, the wait staff practicallyshouts at each other in the dining room. Maybe I should show some cultural sensitivity, but people shouting in my ear while Iam trying to eat is something I cannot get used to. Third, our waiter demanded a cash tip. Seriously? Why not let thecustomer decide how they want to tip? Overall, the food was tasty but the customer service really detracts from the diningexperience. Read more

Very expensive for a "dim sum" place. I wouldn't come here with the expectation of a traditional dim sum place that you can... order alot of different dishes because each dim sum dish is $10-15 each. The portions are larger so the price is reflective ofthat but not the experience I was thinking of with a place called dim sum factory. Service was fine. They did state that cashtip preferred.. it didn't bother me too much as similar things have been asked at places I've been to in NYC, LA and ChicagoChinatowns... Just a surprised because it did seem they were trying to appeal to more of an upscale dining experience than atraditional dim sum place. Food was decent but again if I want dim sum there are other places that give me the experience Iwant with dim sum. Read more

Food was fine customer service was terrible. Waiter brought the bill over to us and said please leave cash for the tip. We... decide to leave cash even though that was a very rude thing to ask. We put it on the on the table. He comes by and grabs thebill and looks at it within 2 seconds. He turns around and says where's the tip?? I would highly recommend staying away fromthis place. Clearly other people have complained about the customer service also. Read more

Walked in and the waiter didn’t come to the entrance to greet us, instead, he waived us over. it wasn’t very busy. He came... and took our tea cups away and after that we never saw him since because others were serving us. We ordered through our phonesand his co worker(s) served us. At the end i asked for a check and he came to give it to us and I gave no tip because icouldn’t justify what i was tipping for and he chase me down to ask for tip. very unprofessional and i felt pressured andviolated. food was okay i had better. I've been going to this place for many years, but this was my first visit since before the pandemic. Social distancing was in... effect and they were at maybe 40% capacity. All the dishes came out hot and in a reasonable time. Each dish was as good as Iremembered except for the green beans with pork. They were a bit bland. They have also reduced the number of egg custard tartsin an order from 3 to 2, but I they are now slightly larger. Prices are fairly reasonable, but we spent almost $100 for two(very hungry) people before tip. My only complaint is that they bring all of the food in Styrofoam or plastic containers, Iguess for sanitary reasons, but the amount of waste must be huge. Read more

Vegetarian food is nice, I like the mongolian tofu and veggies dumplings. They are filling and very cute. Carrot, cabbage,... mushroom, scallion, and herbs in the chewy and cheerful wrapper Read more
