As someone who grew up in Russia, I missed Russian food here in Seattle. I was excited to try this new restaurant that serves... dishes from Russian and Georgian cuisine. In particular, I was looking forward to have Georgian dumplings “khinkali” fordinner. The whole dining experience exceeded my expectations. The food is delicious, it tastes just like those homemade dishesmade by mom with love at home. The customer service was outstanding. I felt very welcomed. They accommodated my dietaryrestrictions without any fuss. I ended up trying 3 dishes: soup kharcho, khinkali, and curd pancakes for dessert. After I took abite, I ordered 4 more dishes to take home. Worst service ever. Cannot recommend this place to anyone. We came where on Friday night, booked table in advance. The place was... rather empty. Just us and one more party who arrived at the same time as we did. And we placed orders pretty much at the sametime. 40 minutes later we are still waiting for our food. Even appetizers and salads were not served. And the second party isalready eating their main dishes. I asked waitress if she was going to serve our food and her answer was “You have to wait,the kitchen is very busy”. Really?!!! Place is half empty and no one mentioned to us that they were busy not when we bookedthe table, not when we arrived, not when we ordered. And on top of that other table was served all their food. After thatwaitress just asked if we were going to wait for another 20-30 min or want to leave. Sure we left. And not coming back again.They disrespect customers. The cafe is awesome. We had a birthday party here for 30 people. The food choices, the superior quality of dishes were beyond... our expectations! Setting up a party was easy, management was very open to our needs and suggestions on a menu. A separate kudosto a chef - what he does is magical. Read more

This is the must come place to try out European delicious dishes! My list of favorites are borsch, Ukrainian pancakes and... khachapuri adjarian and their honey cake is something out of this world! The place is very clean and neat. Our waitress Dianawas very nice and friendly. I do recommend this place and definitely be back again as I did not yet try all the dishes. Read more
