Got a good service here when I came to Factoria. I ordered for chicken tender combo, looks good tastes good.
Wish I could give this location no stars. The customer service was atrocious. The manager is a joke, she?s the one with her... hands up like she?s trying to play fight with someone. The employees want to get paid for standing around and this larger fellowgave his own manager a dirty look and continued to do nothing when he was asking to make a sandwich for an order. The food wasdisgusting and almost broke my tooth because of how hard the chicken was. I love KFC but this specific location, I?m nevercoming back to again. Read more
The only reason this isn't 1 star is because the staff were trying... Poor food quality, dirty dining room, cold fries, ordered... coleslaw and didn't get any, but did get double mashed potatoes I hadn't ordered. The highlight was when we walked in as theonly guests and still waited nearly 10minutes to order. After 40minutes we were finally walking out with food for two. Hadn'tbeen to KFC in a while and was excited for mostly the coleslaw but this whole experience will be the last visit we make to KFC. Read more
Third time in a row we get wrong or missing order. ???? whether I pick it up or order it through DoorDash or Uber. The young... gentleman that was helping me out at a drive through was doing just fine. But no the Spanish lady (I think manager) had to comeover start bossing him around sent him to do something else and she end up giving me the wrong freaking order. Probably $50worth of missing food in the last month. Terrible absolutely terrible. Never going back again. Living on Mercer Island this isthe closest KFC but We?re switching to Ezells from now on. Elina & Theo Phillip work there and they have very good customer service. Chicken have very good flavor, and taste & aroma. And... if you use coupons you get in the mail you are guaranteed to get their delicious chicken at extremely good price They have gooddrive thru service. I just moved to this area 9 months ago. I have had good experiences at this KFC. Today was a different story.... Staff was very... nice and helpful. The chicken however was dark brown and dry. Looked like it was cooked twice. I was supposed to take it to a4th of July get together but was too embarrassed. Called and spoke to manager...she listened to my complaint and offered for meto return it and get new...I explained no time. I wish she would have at least apologized. Read more
Friends will be so surprised to find out that I came here. However, it was for their Beyond Meat "chicken". I'm supporting their... move to be more vegetarian friendly! Taste good, better than some frozen plant based "chicken" bought at grocery stores. TheAsian guy who served us is so nice and polite! I felt like visiting a fine diner! Read more
Small issue trying to understand agent while taking the order. Maybe should speak more slowly? Had a big box, was juicy. Pepsi... was a bit weak on syrop, and tasted actually bad once the ice was half melted. Good location, next to Amazon Fresh - eat beforeshopping for food :) Read more
