Person at the pick up window had a hard time understanding. He didnt know enough english to understand. Had to ask someone... else what i needed. Bread was burnt n made sloppy. Needef extra napkins since the sandwich was messy My problem is u r puttingpeople at window u have a hard time with English. Very frustrating so that ruins customer service. It's mcdonalds everyone was nice. I went through the drive through. Coffee was great. French fries were too. Updated again I... just love coming to this location! The staff is the best. Really they deserve kudos! I love this location! My daughter wanted abreakfast happy meal so I bought her the 2 hashbrowns and a toy for breakfast and the manager gave her the box to go with tomake her day! Best McDonalds location that I've been to in the Bellevue area. I'm usually stopping here for breakfast right before getting to... my office or getting lunch. My bill will usually run from $6 to $13 for a couple of sandwiches and a drink depending on myexact selection. I've yet to see a McDonalds in the area that can go through a drive thru line the way these folks do. Not onlythat but I think that I have yet to receive an incorrect order from them. I'm impressed and they should be the standard. Thelobby and bathrooms are the cleanest that I've seen in a fast food joint in a long time. My only complaint is the parking lotsetup.That aside keep up the good work! Read more

Like the ample parking place, letting you feel ease to enjoy your food. Great place for a quick and satisfied breakfast. The... new order kiosks are easy to use, even though a bit too many steps to go through, especially the last step of selecting onetable count (number). It confused me a quite a minute before I can get to the payment final step. Read more
The staffs was nice and food was ok. However, I can't understand why this Mcdonald closes at 7:00 PM. I've never seen fast food... restaurant closes this ealry before. Read more
