I go here at least once a week. Order has never been wrong, and I am writing this because I went to another Panera Bread, and... they were out of five different products in my cart. I switched locations, and my order is now 15 minutes late, and it isn'teven busy in here. This team in Factoria knows how to handle a rush, and even through the busiest times, my order is never over10 minutes late and never wrong. Sometimes the amount of sauce on a sandwhich is inconsistent, but I cant even complain aboutthat. Read more
They won?t answer the phone when called. Placed online pick up order. System bugged out & set my order for pickup tomorrow. No... way to get my order fixed in time for my lunch break today without them answering phones. I?ll be doing business elsewhere formy lunch time from now on. Read more
This Panera is easy to access and even has quick parking out front so you can pop in and pop out. Just park at the curb in front... of the entrance. The take out option makes it super simple to walk in and grab your food. I've never had any trouble, even if Ishow up a bit early for my take out order. Read more

We love coming to lunch. The atmosphere is awesome. Staff and management are friendly and courteous.
Had pizza, coffee and blueberry scone. Pizza was good( margarita) but coffee was just okay. Had bear claw also it was nice.... Blueberry scone was just average. Service is fast not much waiting time. Read more
