I've been getting pizza from this location for 4 years now and I must say I've never had an issue before this last Tuesday,... which I hope was a blip. I'm not holding my breath though. No less than 3 employees weren't wearing masks, and they got my orderwrong. We're in the middle of a pandemic with a new variant that early reports are showing are more harmful to young children,and both of my kids are under the age of 5 and therefore cannot get vaccinated. They have a HUGE sign on the door that masks arerequired and every single customer was wearing a mask, even properly, over their noses, but the staff can't be bothered?! I get my pizza here every week and for sure they are good at it. Nice customer service in person but not so friendly over the... phone. Hanged up on me few times. All in all the pizza are nice. You definitely need to try the stuffed pizza. Read more

This location must serve a lot of residents in Bellevue as it is right in the middle of Bellevue neighborhood. I ordered a... large size chicago style deep dish - big Papa?s stuffed. As soon as I picked up the pizza, I was disappointed. I took offthree stars because the upper layer of the deep dish pizza was not as advertised. It lacked a big portion of toppings as youcan see in my photos. Advertisement shows the upper layer also is loaded with toppings. Mine was not the case. The greenpepper topping is so little that you can almost count how many pieces they out on. The cheese portion was almost nil. Ithought I should buy more mozzarella cheese myself and pour them on the second layer before baking it. Had I known that thesecond layer was only going to be this much of toppings, I would have just ordered a single layer pizza. I think the qualitydepends on each location. The first Papa Murphy?s pizza I ever tried was up in Anchorage AK and the toppings were so generous,I remember debating the pizza was better than Costco pizza at the dinner table. This location? Uh absolutely nada! Stop beingso cheap with toppings. I can safely assume many people come to Papa Murphy as opposed to other pizza chains such as Dominos orPapa Johns is for the toppings. Ordered a large pizza with original crust and cashier was very polite, however the pizza maker made my pizza on thin crust and... when I question him about my order he out right lied and said it was original. I have ordered enough pizzas to know thedifference. Very disappointed!!! Also cashier asked the same pizza maker about a call in order and cashier was ignored. Read more
