It was good. The waiter was very nice always had a smile. I let my take home box on the table by accident he actually came out... with it in his had to give it to me. They give you a lot of food for the price. Very reasonable. Read more
I?ve been going to this restaurant for somewhere near 20 years. Still my favorite place across the entire world. Consistent... quality food, great ownership, wonderful service. I get a margarita every time and my favorite dish is still the porkcarnitas. I recommend this restaurant every time anyone wants Mexican food and would travel any distance to eat here (I live inSnohomish county and still visit frequently) love this team, I recognize all the same smiles. If you look at my other reviews I always try to promote great experiences and wonderful businesses. My experience at Ricardo?s... was AWFUL! I will never eat there again. First of all it?s extremely dirty, the bathrooms need to be remodeled and weredisgusting. I went to take a sip of water and there was a long black hair in the cup. I got a chicken taco salad. There wasabout five pieces of chicken and the salad was horrible. The side of ranch dressing was sour and the salsa had the consistencyof water, not good. Then, I found a black hair on the table again. It was not mine because I have blonde hair. There was no onethere for lunch when we arrived. Service was slow and not great. I?m thankful I did not get food poisoning. I would hate to seewhat their kitchen looks like. Bummer but never again! Read more
People say their service was good. My experience was the opposite of good. Our waiter was chillingly rude, short and curt. He... never stopped by to check on us, never offered to get us more salsa, I had to ask him for it, then he passed our table 3 timesbefore he brought us more. Never asked if we'd like more drinks! I mean c'mon, dining out is about the food and the experience.This guy ruined both for us. I can spend $60 dollars closer to home. I won't EVER go back to this place. Read more
We used to go to this family restaurant many years ago. Overall food and service are good. They prepare the tortilla freshly at... the entrance of the restaurant so they are great. They had a person at the front basically hand making tortillas. I was excited to try them but honestly, they're weren't that... great. I had ordered chicken fajitas but the chicken was dry and sticking to the skillet. Another person in my group had orderednachos but when they brought it out, the cheese was already hard so everytime he tried to eat a chip, it broke. They also do notallow refills of the house drinks like horchata despite serving them in the same cup they serve the fountain drinks in. It was$3.75. The food tasted very low in quality and when we brought it to the attention of our waiter, he took it back and seemedoffended. The overall look of the restaurant seems sad and dark and not at all of what it used to be. But at least there wasparking. Read more
